House Rules

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

• Loss of Guest passes will result in $50 each to replace 

• Shoes off when entering home 

• No parties, events, or large gatherings 

• Do not hang items on the wall or decorate

• Groups aged 25 and younger prohibited unless exception is made

• Any tickets obtained in community during stay are liability of renter 

• 25 mph speed limit throughout entire community 

• Do not attempt to access owners closets or garage

• Do not use fireplace or fire pit unless knowledgeable of use/safety 

• Use of grill requires grill surface to be cleaned after each use

• No smoking allowed. 

• No pets allowed.

• No unregistered guests allowed. 

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

• Please respect the noise curfew. 

• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

• Please take the trash out before you leave.

• No illegal substances allowed on the premises

• Please abide by all community rules from The Hideout
